At Fitkin, we strive to provide high-quality activewear that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
3. For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories cannot be returned.
4. Return shipping is free within India; international returns will be at the customer’s expense.
5. Verification Requirement: When handing over the item to the delivery executive, please take a clear photo or screenshot. This step verifies the authenticity of the returned item and helps prevent discrepancies. Failure to provide this verification may impact the approval of your return request.

2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

3. During the handover to the delivery executive, ensure you capture a clear photo or screenshot as verification.
